Blue Agave provides free, off-street parking for 3-4 motor vehicles.

How many bedrooms and bathrooms does Blue Agave have?
Blue Agave has three bedrooms and three bathrooms.  Two bathrooms have showers
only and the third bathroom has a tub/shower.  One of the showers is very large to
provide roll-in access for guests with physical limitations.
Is the Blue Agave rental on the beach?
Blue Agave is located about 60 feet from the ocean.  There is a row of low houses
directly on the beach in front of Blue Agave.  Blue Agave's living room and one of
the bedrooms have a wide ocean view over and/or around these low houses.  The
Blue Agave view includes the expansive ocean, Catalina Island, Heisler park and
portions of Brooks Street and Main Beaches.  For additional details, you may refer

What is the proximity to the beach?
The "ocean front" gate at Blue Agave is two doors down (about 60 paces) from the
beach access steps (about 15 steps) that descend to the sand at Brooks Street.  It is
about a 10-15 minute stroll along the beach to "Main Beach" and the Laguna Beach
boardwalk.
What is provided with the Blue Agave rental (linens, cooking utensils, beach equipment,
etc.?
The Blue Agave rental unit is extremely well furnished with all living and cooking
amenties.  Included are washer/dryer, gas barbecue grill, wireless phone, 2 HDTVs, VHS
player, DVD/CD player, home theatre with 5.1 surround sound, personal computer with
printer and
unlimited Broadband Internet access (wireless & hardwired), and some
board games.  Blue Agave has beach equipment including sand chairs, beach umbrella,
beach towels, small ice cooler, various children's beach toys and a small tent to offer
children a shady rest spot on the beach.  The patio/garden area has some "child-size"
chairs and table.
Is the beach suitable for small children (i.e., swimming, surf not too rough, etc.)?
Surf in the Laguna Beach area varies depending upon tidal action and weather.  
Awareness of current conditions is always advisable.  Supervision and a cautious
approach are essential.  While the waves along many areas of the beach are
often suitable for surfing, there are also many wonderful tidepools for
exploration by parents and children.
