Is the Blue Agave rental stand alone or part of some large complex?
Blue Agave is a duplex building located on slightly sloping terrain.  The
owners of Blue Agave occupy the second floor unit while renting the first
floor unit to vacation guests.  The first floor unit has a dining patio and a
sunny garden area.  There is a set of three stair steps between the two patios.
 The Blue Agave property is completely fenced for privacy and security.
Does the Blue Agave rental have easy access to the beach?
Yes.  One only has to walk through the Blue Agave's ocean front gate,
descend three steps and walk about 60 paces to a set of stairs that descend
straight to the sand at Brooks Street beach.  Cress Street Beach stairs are
about 100 paces from Blue Agave.  Cress Street Beach is especially good for
children.
What are the Blue Agave check in/check out times and policies?
Check in is typically after 4:30 P.M., while the check out time is 10:30
A.M.. Early check in or late check out arrangements may be possible with
prior coordination with Blue Agave owners.
What is the Blue Agave smoking policy?
Guests of Blue Agave may smoke, use candles and burn incense only
out of doors on the dining patio or on the sunny patio.
What is the Blue Agave policy regarding pets?
In the interest of those guests with allergies, pets are not allowed at Blue
Agave.  We regret that we must ask our guests to leave their pets at home.
What is the Blue Agave neighborhood like?
Within two or three blocks of Blue Agave you will find a wide variety of
restaurants, cafes, shops, galleries, salons, a drug store, convenience store,
several fitness centers, surf shops, a bike shop and a chain grocery store.  
Laguna Beach's main "downtown" area and main beach are a short walk
along the Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) which is lined with dozens of cafes,
shops, galleries and restaurants.  One can also travel throughout Laguna
Beach on the free trolley service during the festival season.
