Reservation/Cancellation Policy
Reservations
Reservations are accepted by phone, email or in person. To CONFIRM a
reservation, a signed rental agreement and reservation deposit must be
received no later than 10 days after initial booking.
Deposits/Payment Methods
Payment accepted in U.S. dollars, in the form of cash, cashier's check,
money order (unless electronic transfer is arranged). Credit and debit
cards are not accepted.
The reservation deposit is 50% of the total amount due (Rental Fee plus
10% City Room Tax).
The payment balance is due no later than 90 days prior to occupancy
(high season) and 21 days (low season).
A damage deposit of $500.00 is due no later than 21 days prior to
occupancy, unless otherwise specified.
A confirmation number will be issued upon receipt of the initial deposit or
upon the clearance of any payment check.
Damage Deposit Refunds
The Damage Deposit will be refunded within 15 calendar days of termination
of tenancy. If damage/loss/unusual cleaning occurs, any refund will be
made within 30 days with evidence of loss and receipts for corrective action.
Cancellations
High Season (15 June to 14 September) and Holidays
Blue Agave requires a written cancellation notice 60 days prior to scheduled
occupancy for High Season and Holiday rentals in order to offer a FULL refund of
all payments.
If any cancellation occurs less than 60 days (but more than 21 days)
prior to scheduled occupancy, the following applies:
1. Damage deposit is fully refunded.
2. 50% of total rental fee is retained by Blue Agave.
3. If the property is rented to others for the same period, the rental
payments will be refunded LESS a 15% handling fee.
Low Season (15 September through 14 June)
If any cancellation occurs less than 10 days prior to scheduled
occupancy, the following applies:
In the event of a "No Show", only the damage deposit will be refunded.
Blue Agave requires a written cancellation notice 21 days prior to occupancy for
Low Season rentals in order to offer a FULL refund of all payments.
If any cancellation occurs less than 21 days (but more than 10 days)
prior to occupancy, the following applies:
1. Damage deposit is fully refunded.
2. 50% of total rental fee is retained by Blue Agave.
3. If the property is rented to others for the same period, the rental
payments will be refunded LESS a 15% handling fee.
If any cancellation occurs less than 21 days prior to scheduled

2. All other monies will be retained by Blue Agave.
3. If the property is rented to others for the same period, the rental
payments will be refunded LESS a 15% handling fee.

In the event of a contract violation, regardless of season, there will be
