Reservations
Reservations are accepted by phone, email or in person. To CONFIRM a booking, a signed rental agreement and deposit must be received no later than 10 calendar days after an initial booking.
Deposits/Payment Methods
Payment accepted in U.S. dollars, in the forms of cash, bank cashier's check, money order or via a carefully coordinated bank to bank electronic transfer. Personal checks are accepted on a case by case basis. Credit and debit cards are not accepted.
- The Reservation Confirmation Deposit is 50% of the total amount due (Rental Fee plus 12% City Room Tax).
- The Balance Payment is due no later than 90 calendar days prior to occupancy (High Season) and 21 calendar days (Low Season).
- For apartment accommodations, a Damage Deposit of $1,000.00 is due no later than 21 days prior to any occupancy, unless otherwise specified by Blue Agave management (inquire about damage deposits regarding B3 accommodations).
- A confirmation number and a copy of the rental agreement signed by both lessee and lessor will be given to the lessee upon receipt of the Reservation Confirmation Deposit or upon the bank clearance of any payment.
- The Damage Deposit will be refunded within 15 calendar days of the end of a tenancy. If damage, loss or unusual cleaning occurs as a result of the tenancy, any refund will be made within 30 calendar days with evidence of loss and receipts for corrective actions taken by Blue Agave management or their contracted services.
Cancellations
High Season (Mid-June to Mid-September) & Holidays
Blue Agave requires a written cancellation notice at least 60 calendar days prior to a scheduled occupancy in order to offer a FULL refund of all payments.
If any cancellation occurs less than 60 calendar days, but more than 21 calendar days, prior to a scheduled occupancy, the following applies:

- Any Damage Deposit on account is fully refunded
- 50% of the total rental fee is retained by Blue Agave
- If the property is rented to another guest party for the same period, the rental payments will be refunded LESS a 15% rebooking fee.
- If the property is rented to another guest party for fewer nights, the rental payments will be partially refunded LESS a pro-rated amount for the nights not re-booked and a 15% rebooking fee.
If any cancellation occurs less than 21 calendar days prior to a scheduled occupancy, the following applies:
- Any Damage Deposit on account is fully refunded
- All other monies will be retained by Blue Agave
- If the property is rented to another guest party for the same period, the rental payments will be refunded LESS a 15% rebooking fee.
- If the property is rented to another guest party for fewer nights, the rental payments will be partially refunded LESS a pro-rated amount for the nights not re-booked and a 15% rebooking fee.
Low Season (Mid-September to Mid-June)
Blue Agave requires a written cancellation notice at least 21 calendar days prior to a scheduled occupancy in order to offer a FULL refund of all payments.

In the event of a "No Show", only the Damage Deposit will be refunded.
Regardless of the season, in the event of a contract violation, including "house rules", there will be no refunds of rental payments or damage deposits and the lessee will be required to vacate the premises immediately.

In the event of a "No Show", only the Damage Deposit will be refunded.
